Covered Parking.....

All Covered Carport Spaces are reserved for Passage residents.  Please be courteous to your neighbors and only occupy one covered space per apartment.  Also, all covered parking must have an orange tag issued by the office.  All parking is available on first come, first served basis.

Trash Containers....

Please remember to go through the door and inside the dumpster area to throw your trash inside the containers.  When trashed is tossed over the wall, it creates a big mess.  Thank You!

Pet Info.....

Please remember to pick up after your pet!  We appreciate residents reporting this to the office and thank you for your cooperation with trying to keep The Passage beautiful!!!  

Driving Safety...

Please drive with care and caution when driving in the parking lot areas.  The acceptable speed limit  is 5 miles per hour or less to ensure safety for all.
