NOTICE OF NON-SMOKING COMMUNITY: Picerne is proud to offer a Non-Smoking community at The Passage Apartments. Smoking is prohibited in all apartment rental spaces including patios or balconies, building breezeways, community amenities, walkways, and parking lots. We do offer designated smoking areas located around the perimeter of the community for residents and guests that do smoke. Designated smoking areas are the only locations on the property that smoking is allowed.
